Dale Roberts is the co-owner of Image360 - Rochester. He has received extensive training in visual communications and has successfully owned and operated his own professional service-related company. Dale knows what it takes to get a job done without sacrificing quality. Dale has over sixteen years of managing teams and leading them to success. He is passionate about building strong relationships with his clients, assessing their needs, and providing a product that will impress! Dale was born and raised in Washington State where he became an outdoor enthusiast, developing a love for boating, snowmobiling, and ATV riding. When he’s is not at work, Dale is usually spending time with his wife Jen, watching soccer, football, or dance performances as father to his sons Blaise and Braxton and daughter Isabella.
Kelly is currently attending RCTC to get her associates degree in graphic design. When she isn’t working, she spends her time with her husband and son along with her two dogs either hiking or relaxing at home.
Ambro Alvarado is the owner of Image360 – Bloomington, Image360 - Apple Valley, and Image360 - Rochester. He has a degree in Visual Communications with Emphasis in Graphic Design. Ambro has over twenty years of professional experience in commercial signage, digital and offset print media. He is passionate about this industry and always takes the consultative approach to better understand his client’s needs. Ambro is a third-degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do. For over fifteen years he devoted his time to teaching and educating kids and adults that wanted to experience and develop, Self-Discipline, Self Esteem and Confidence through Martial Arts. When he’s is not at work, Ambro spends all his free time with his family, wife Dana, sons Ajay and Logan and daughter Maya.

Ubaldo joined the Image360 team in October of 2016 and is involved with both production and installation. He is a student and Owner of Epica Martial Arts in Minneapolis, MN. He teaches three days a week and is passionate about educating the young and the old generation about the benefits of Martial Arts.
Lisa graduated from St. Cloud State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Fine Arts.
David Graduated from The Art Institute of Minneapolis with an associate degree in graphic design. He is very creative and has had passion for arts since early childhood. David joined Image360 in April of 2022 as the lead designer.
